a) This is strictly a ‘hand-in-pocket’ observership programme. Observers will not be allowed to take any active decision or intervene in any patient care activity what-so-ever.
b) Indian candidates should apply one month in advance to the Academic Cell for processing and necessary formalities.
c) Foreigner candidates should apply three months in advance.
d) Minimum observership period is two weeks.
e) The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for boarding and lodging and the institute does not provide any hostel accommodation.
f) Candidate must have adequate health/travel insurance during the period of stay and no financial support will be provided for any medical ailments or any other expense.
g) Observer should join on given dates. Late/early will not be considered.
h) Number of persons per unit will be restricted. NCI, Nagpur reserves right to accept/reject the application.
i) Candidate will abide by the rules and regulations of the institution and law of the land.
k) Candidate will be disqualified from the observership/ training, in case the information/documents provided are found to be false.
